Rational Registry is not a domain name registrar, is not accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and does not provide domain registration, renewal, transfer, or management services in any form. All domain registration services must be obtained independently through an ICANN-accredited registrar. Rational Registry bears no responsibility for the registration status, renewal obligations, or technical configuration of any domain name asset listed or referenced on this platform.
Rational Registry provides economic research, independent asset audit services, and secondary market facilitation for premium domain name assets. The platform does not take title to domain name assets, does not act as a broker or agent in any regulated sense, and does not guarantee the completion of any transaction. All transactions are conducted directly between the asset holder and the acquirer, facilitated where agreed by independent, licensed third-party escrow and settlement services. All valuations, audit scores, and composite ratings published on this platform are derived from the application of the Rational Registry Evaluation Framework. They are expressions of theoretical economic assessment and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. They do not guarantee, represent, or warrant the market value, liquidity, resale price, or commercial viability of any asset.
Users should conduct their own independent due diligence before entering into any transaction. Common questions about scoring and methodology are addressed in the FAQ. Rational Registry accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on published valuations or scores.
All original content published on this platform -- including but not limited to the Rational Registry Evaluation Framework, the Registry Journal articles, the scoring methodology, and associated research materials -- is the intellectual property of Rational Registry. Reproduction, adaptation, or redistribution of this content without prior written consent is prohibited. The domain names listed in the Registry are the intellectual property of their respective registered owners and are referenced solely for the purposes of research, valuation, and secondary market facilitation.
Users of this platform agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform; misrepresent affiliation with Rational Registry; or interfere with the operational integrity of the platform or its infrastructure.
